Design-Led Feasibility
Massing potential, orientation, and access strategy with consideration of mix, layout options and density observations, sketch plan or annotated layout (for <10 unit schemes)
Risks & Red Flags
Key issues likely to affect planning or buildability, overlook, daylight/sunlight, access and amenity risks, early infrastructure or servicing considerations
Strategic Advice
Recommendations on next steps, advice on scaling, phasing, or reworking the brief and establishing key consultants for each step
