Our flexible, fixed-cost service starts from just £699 + VAT for a four-hour visit, giving you expert design insight without committing to the full project upfront – and giving you clarity, confidence, and complete control from the very beginning.

A1 – SEVEN HOUR DAY VISION SKETCH SPRINT

For when you are doing a large project over multi-levels or full home refurbishment

Perfect for larger multi-area projects. For example, a kitchen extension and a loft conversion, or even a new build or total house renovation.

A2 – FOUR HOUR HALF DAY VISION SKETCH SPRINT

For when you are doing a small to medium project

Great for smaller areas such as a single-story extension, loft conversion or a renovation of a small apartment.
